Here are 4 questions you MUST answer to help you attract, engage and create exact solutions they need, do well to answer them clearly.

Who do you want to sell to? Who needs your product or service?

  • When you were creating this product/service, who was on mind?
  • Who are the people buying your products/services?

🙄Don’t generalize, don’t just say women, think deeply, EVERYONE IS NOT YOUR CUSTOMER. If you say women, what category of women? Pregnant women, women with toddlers, corporate 9-5 women, stay at home women, women in business?

What pain points do these people have? What are they struggling with?

  • What do your customers struggle with?
  • What do they get frustrated about?
  • What is their biggest complain?

Where do they hangout? Both online and offline.

Don’t just assume that your customers are on social media, you need data to show you where they are exactly

  • Are your customers offline or online?
  • What kind of content do they consume?
  • Where do they go when in the mood to search for the solution you offer?

Why should they buy from you instead of your competition? What is so special about your offering?

  • How are you different from others?
  • What is the unique selling point?
